Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of GridHired, operated by AdAlchemy Digital Marketing LLC ("GridHired," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a product, listing on the Grid, posting jobs, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use GridHired. These Terms do not provide legal advice.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law and use GridHired only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account.

Employer and company users must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization they represent.

GridHired is a platform that combines a visual company and business directory ("the Grid"), public company profiles and Grid listings, a job marketplace, candidate tools (including profiles, CV management, and applications), sponsor placements on public pages, and optional ATS and AI-assisted features where enabled for your account.

GridHired helps companies present themselves and recruit, and helps candidates discover opportunities and apply. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes.

You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or abuse risk.

Company profiles and Grid listings may be public. You are responsible for the information, logos, and links you submit. Grid presence is subject to product rules, availability, moderation, and the commercial terms that apply to your listing.

Standard Grid pricing at launch is AED 40 per tile per month and AED 400 per tile per year unless a different amount is shown to you at checkout for that purchase. You select monthly or annual billing during checkout. The price, billing interval, and total shown during checkout and confirmed before payment are authoritative for that transaction.

Recurring Grid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval you select until cancelled. An owner or administrator may cancel renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Your listing and related access generally continue through the end of that paid period, subject to enforcement of these Terms.

Except where required by applicable law, we do not provide prorated refunds merely because you have unused time remaining in a billing period. Future standard pricing may change; changes apply according to disclosures shown at checkout or renewal and applicable law.

GridHired may offer a Founding Company Grid benefit for eligible companies. Permanent Founding Company recognition and any Founding Company badge are separate from temporary Grid service. Recognition may remain after the Grid benefit ends.

Where offered and confirmed in the purchase flow, the first Founding Grid year may include one included tile and additional tiles at AED 40 each for the entire first Founding Grid year unless a different amount is shown at checkout. Payment, when required, is a one-time charge for that first Founding Grid year. It does not automatically renew.

Before Founding Grid access ends, an eligible company may explicitly renew the full Grid rectangle at then-current Standard Grid pricing disclosed in the renewal flow. Eligibility, allocation, and exact commercial terms are shown during company setup and checkout.

GridHired may offer a General Grid Launch Promotion. This is a promotional Grid offer. It does not grant Founding Company status or a Founding Company badge, and it does not include a free first tile.

Where offered and confirmed in the purchase flow, promotional pricing is ordinarily AED 40 per tile for the entire first promotional year unless a different amount is shown at checkout. Payment is a one-time charge for that promotional year. It does not automatically renew.

Before promotional access ends, explicit renewal at then-current Standard Grid pricing may be offered where the product supports it. Eligibility, allocation, and exact commercial terms are shown during company setup and checkout.

The following terms apply where a company acquired its Grid presence under the prior Stage 2 or Stage 3 launch allocation system. They do not describe current new-customer acquisition, which follows the Founding Company, General Launch, or Standard models above where offered.

Stage 2 — promotional founding-company offer. When eligible and available, a company may receive a promotional entitlement for a first 1×1 Grid tile for a limited promotional term. This promotional 1×1 tile does not require a payment card, does not automatically convert into a paid subscription, and is subject to allocation and eligibility limits that may change. Additional or larger footprint pricing is shown during purchase when applicable. A permanent Founding Company badge, if awarded, is recognition and does not by itself grant permanent paid or free Grid service.

Stage 3 — promotional paid founding-company pricing. When eligible and available, a company may purchase Grid presence at promotional paid pricing for a limited promotional term. Eligibility and allocation are limited. Renewal and standard pricing are disclosed in the purchase flow. The Founding Company badge is separate from service entitlement.

Expanding your Grid footprint may create additional charges. Timing, proration, and whether a change applies immediately or at a future billing boundary depend on your billing plan and the checkout or confirmation screen shown before you confirm. Pending future expansions may be cancellable before they take effect where the product permits it. The commercial snapshot shown and accepted at confirmation governs that transaction.

GridHired may offer a Candidate Founding Member membership at launch for a one-time payment (currently AED 25 by default), providing access for a stated period (currently 12 months). This is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. Allocation is limited and may change. An eligible referral or promotional code may reduce the checkout amount shown to you.

A permanent Founding Member badge is recognition and status only. It does not mean permanent paid membership or service access. Membership access expires at the end of the stated membership period unless another membership is purchased or offered later. Future standard candidate pricing is not implemented as an automatic renewal from this offer.

Employers and company users represent that they are authorized to act for the company; that job information is accurate to their knowledge; that they have rights to submitted content; that listings comply with applicable law; and that listings do not include scams, impersonation, unlawful opportunities, deliberately deceptive vacancies, malware, or other prohibited content.

GridHired may moderate, suspend, close, or remove content or accounts. We do not guarantee candidate quality, employment, interviews, or the legitimacy of every employer or third-party listing in every case, or the accuracy of every user-submitted listing.

Applications may be submitted through GridHired or directed to an external employer URL, depending on the job. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Withdrawing an application does not necessarily erase historical application records retained for operational, security, or legal purposes. GridHired does not make hiring decisions on behalf of employers.

A claimant represents they are authorized to claim or manage a company's presence on GridHired. Email or domain evidence may assist verification, but a domain match is not automatic proof of ownership. Claims may be manually reviewed. GridHired may reject, reverse, or reassign mistaken, fraudulent, or unauthorized claims.

Sponsor placements reserve fixed public inventory for a selected window. Default launch pricing, where shown in product configuration, is AED 100/day and AED 3000/month for the left main placement, and AED 20/day and AED 600/month for right-side placements. The quote shown during booking and checkout is authoritative for that purchase.

The purchasing company must satisfy current eligibility requirements and must have rights to any creative, logo, or content submitted. GridHired may pause or remove unlawful or prohibited sponsor content. Paid sponsor bookings are ordinarily non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is completed, except where required by applicable law or where GridHired cannot provide the purchased placement. Sponsor bookings do not automatically renew unless a future checkout flow explicitly states otherwise.

Where enabled, ATS and AI-assisted features provide informational assistance only. They are not a guarantee of ATS compatibility, interview success, hiring, or employment. AI-generated analysis may be inaccurate or incomplete; you should review results before relying on them. Processing of personal data for ATS features is described in our Privacy Policy. Explicit ATS processing consent is required when the feature is enabled for your account.

Prices are displayed in AED where applicable unless another currency is shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments; GridHired does not directly receive or store full payment-card details. Taxes may apply where legally required or as shown during checkout.

Refund and cancellation rights vary by product. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for product-specific rules. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by these Terms.

You must not use GridHired to:

• commit fraud, impersonate others, or misrepresent affiliation;
• scrape or collect data at abusive scale or in violation of law;
• attack, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the platform;
• upload malware or harmful code;
• post unlawful, infringing, or misleading job or company information;
• abuse company-claim or verification processes;
• abuse payments, promotions, or sponsor or Grid inventory; or
• interfere with other users' lawful use of the service.

GridHired owns or licenses the platform, software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant GridHired a limited license to host, display, process, and promote your submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate the service and present your listings, jobs, company profile, or sponsor creative where appropriate. GridHired does not claim ownership of your employer logos or other content you submit.

GridHired uses third-party services including Stripe for payments, Firebase and related Google Cloud services for infrastructure, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic when ATS analysis is used, and Google Analytics when enabled. Employer websites, application URLs, and other external links are controlled by third parties and subject to their own terms and policies.

You may delete your GridHired account through self-service where the product permits it, subject to operational, security, and legal constraints. Sole company owners and platform administrative accounts may need support resolution before deletion can proceed.

Deleting your personal account does not automatically delete company profiles, jobs, Grid subscriptions, sponsor bookings, logos, or other company or business content. Company subscriptions are company-scoped and are not automatically cancelled or refunded because an individual member deletes their personal account.

Account deletion does not create refund rights. Historical, legal, and business records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or decline transactions where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or enforcement of these Terms. You may stop using GridHired at any time, subject to outstanding payment obligations and the retention rules described in our Privacy Policy.

We may modify, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. GridHired is provided on an availability basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Except as required by applicable law, GridHired is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that listings, AI outputs, or third-party content are accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GridHired and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the extent and manner required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GridHired from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your misrepresentation, or your violation of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require applying the law of another jurisdiction. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date and version at the top of this page identify the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by other reasonable means where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
