About Us:
Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets Company is a Saudi-based joint stock company with active operations in both Saudi Arabia and Egypt. It is considered one of the leading retail companies in the Kingdom.
Job Objective:
To lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective receipt, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatch of products while achieving inventory accuracy, service, productivity, quality, safety, and cost targets.
Responsibilities:
* Manage receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatch operations.
* Ensure inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and timely order fulfillment.
* Lead warehouse teams, manpower planning, shift allocation, and performance management.
* Monitor warehouse KPIs, including productivity, OTIF, picking accuracy, labor utilization, and operating costs.
* Ensure compliance with HSE, food safety, storage, and temperature-control requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, automation, and effective WMS utilization.
* Coordinate with Supply Chain, Transport, Buying, Commercial, Finance, HR, IT, and Store Operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of warehouse or distribution experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
* Experience in retail, grocery, FMCG, or high-volume distribution operations is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, WMS, and warehouse KPIs.
* Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
* Flexibility to work shifts based on operational requirements.
