Organization- Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Summary * To conduct duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, creative, efficient and flexible service consistent with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas and Hyatt International Brand Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction. * To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. * To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of Food and Beverage items in the menu. * Possess the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives. * To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times. Qualifications An ideal candidate should: * Have prior experience within a similar luxury hotel/established restaurant environment. * Possesses a friendly, energetic approach and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service. * Be proficient (fluent) in both English and Russian, with strong communication skills.
