المهام الوظيفية لسائق الونش 1. قيادة وتشغيل الونش لنقل وسحب المركبات المتعطلة أو المتضررة بأمان. 2. نقل المركبات من مواقع الأعطال أو الحوادث إلى الورش أو المواقع المحددة من قبل الإدارة. 3. التأكد من تثبيت المركبة بشكل آمن على الونش قبل بدء عملية النقل. 4. فحص الونش والمعدات والرافعات والحبال بشكل دوري والتأكد من صلاحيتها للاستخدام. 5. الالتزام بأنظمة المرور وقوانين السلامة المعمول بها في دولة الكويت. 6. الاستجابة لطلبات سحب ونقل المركبات في الوقت المحدد وبسرعة مناسبة. 7. التعامل مع المركبات والمعدات بعناية لتجنب حدوث أي أضرار أثناء السحب أو النقل. 8. المحافظة على نظافة الونش وجاهزيته للاستخدام بشكل مستمر. 9. إبلاغ المسؤول المباشر فورًا عن أي عطل أو مشكلة فنية في الونش أو المعدات. 10. استكمال التقارير أو النماذج المتعلقة بعمليات السحب والنقل حسب إجراءات الشركة. 11. الالتزام بتعليمات الإدارة وعدم استخدام الونش أو مركبات الشركة لأي أغراض شخصية أو غير مصرح بها. 12. التعاون مع فريق الصيانة وخدمة العملاء والإدارة عند تنفيذ عمليات سحب أو نقل المركبات. 13. المحافظة على أدوات ومعدات الشركة والتأكد من استخدامها بالطريقة الصحيحة. 14. الالتزام بالمظهر والسلوك المهني وحسن التعامل مع العملاء أثناء أداء العمل. 15. تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة بطبيعة الوظيفة يتم تكليفه بها من قبل الإدارة. Job Duties – Tow Truck Driver 1. Operate and drive the tow truck to safely recover and transport disabled or damaged vehicles. 2. Transport vehicles from breakdown or accident locations to workshops or designated locations. 3. Ensure that vehicles are properly and securely attached to the tow truck before transportation. 4. Conduct regular inspections of the tow truck, lifting equipment, cables, and other related tools to ensure they are safe and fit for use. 5. Comply with all traffic regulations and safety requirements applicable in Kuwait. 6. Respond promptly to vehicle recovery and towing requests and arrive at the assigned location on time. 7. Handle vehicles and equipment carefully to prevent damage during towing and transportation. 8. Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the tow truck at all times. 9. Immediately report any mechanical problems, equipment damage, or safety issues to the direct supervisor. 10. Complete all required towing, recovery, and vehicle transportation reports and forms in accordance with company procedures. 11. Follow management instructions and never use the tow truck or company vehicles for personal or unauthorized purposes. 12. Coordinate and cooperate with the maintenance, customer service, and administrative teams when carrying out vehicle recovery or transportation operations. 13. Safeguard company tools and equipment and ensure they are used properly and responsibly. 14. Maintain professional conduct and communicate respectfully with customers while performing duties. 15. Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned by management.
