What You'll Do: * Make outbound calls to prospective buyers/investors from qualified leads * Pitch off-plan and secondary market property opportunities * Qualify leads and book viewings/appointments for the sales team * Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups on our CRM * Build rapport with clients and understand their investment needs * Consistently meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets What We're Looking For: * Prior experience in telesales/telemarketing (real estate experience is preferred) * Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Arabic * Confident, resilient, and comfortable handling objections * Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management * Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales 💰 Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,000 📍 Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE 🕒 Full-time | Immediate joiners preferred Interested?
