Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Teaching Assistant role based in Dubai. The Teaching Assistant will support classroom teachers in delivering EYFS-aligned lessons, preparing learning materials, and organising classroom activities. Responsibilities include working directly with children in small groups or one-on-one, assisting with behaviour management, and reinforcing key concepts in literacy and numeracy. The role also involves supervising children during transitions, playtime, and outings, as well as helping to maintain a safe, tidy, and inclusive classroom environment. The Teaching Assistant will collaborate with educators to track student progress, provide feedback, and support communication with families as needed. Qualifications: * CACHE Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years Education or Childcare is required. * Minimum 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting. * Strong understanding of child development and early years learning frameworks. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and colleagues. * Strong organisational and classroom support skills. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology tools is an advantage.
