Key responsibilities * Support the development and execution of Moqablah’s overall growth strategy. * Identify new growth opportunities, customer segments, partnerships, and service offerings. * Analyze the recruitment, executive search, career services, and professional services markets to identify trends and opportunities. * Develop business cases, market assessments, pricing approaches, and go-to-market plans. * Review and improve Moqablah’s service delivery model and customer journey. * Translate strategic priorities into clear initiatives, action plans, KPIs, and implementation roadmaps. * Work closely with management on new products, packages, partnerships, and commercial initiatives. * Monitor business performance and prepare management reports and recommendations. * Support the development of internal processes, operating models, and performance frameworks. * Lead selected strategic and operational projects from concept through implementation. * Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify opportunities to strengthen Moqablah’s market positioning. * Support partnership discussions with recruiters, executive-search firms, employers, and other relevant ecosystem players. Candidate profile * 12-15 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, transformation, or a similar role. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Ability to independently structure and execute strategic projects. * Strong commercial mindset and understanding of growth and business development. * Excellent presentation and communication skills. * Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities. * Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. * Experience in recruitment, HR, career services, professional services, or digital platforms is an advantage. * Strong understanding of the Saudi market is preferred. * Fluent English required; Arabic is highly advantageous.
