Key Responsibilities: * Prepare a wide range of specialty coffee drinks (espresso-based, pour-over, Chemex, etc.) with precision and consistency. * Engage customers with product knowledge, coffee recommendations, and personalized service. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and café. * Calibrate coffee equipment daily and ensure all machinery is in excellent working condition. * Monitor inventory and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and barista tools as needed. * Follow health, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times. * Assist in training new staff on coffee preparation and service standards. * Contribute ideas for seasonal drinks and improving the coffee program. Skills & Qualifications: * Proven experience as a barista in a specialty coffee environment (minimum 1–2 years preferred). * Solid knowledge of coffee beans, roast profiles, grind settings, and manual brewing methods. * Skilled in latte art and espresso machine operation. * Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * High attention to detail and cleanliness. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team setting.
