We're Hiring | Specialist Plastic Surgeon 📍 Location: DUBAI 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Specialist Plastic Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgical procedures, with a commitment to patient safety and high-quality clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive consultation, assessment, diagnosis, and surgical management of patients requiring plastic and reconstructive procedures * Perform appropriate aesthetic, reconstructive, and corrective surgical procedures within the scope of clinical expertise * Assess patients and develop individualized surgical plans based on clinical needs and desired outcomes * Perform reconstructive procedures following trauma, burns, tumors, congenital conditions, and previous surgery * Manage soft-tissue injuries, complex wounds, scars, and tissue defects * Perform appropriate facial and body aesthetic procedures where trained and within scope of practice * Provide pre-operative assessment, informed consent, surgical planning, and post-operative care * Monitor patients for surgical complications and provide appropriate management and follow-up * Perform minor plastic surgery procedures and outpatient interventions where appropriate * Collaborate with dermatologists, oncologists, general surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, ENT specialists, maxillofacial surgeons, and other multidisciplinary teams * Provide patient education regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, recovery, and post-operative care * Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with patient-safety and clinical governance standards * Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, teaching, research, and CME activities Requirements Qualifications * MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree * Recognized postgraduate qualification in Plastic Surgery / Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery * Board certification or equivalent recognized specialist qualification * Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in Plastic Surgery * Strong experience in reconstructive and/or aesthetic plastic surgery * Experience with a broad range of plastic surgical procedures and patient management * Excellent surgical, clinical, communication, and patient-management skills * Eligible for DHA Specialist classification/license in Dubai Benefits * Competitive salary and attractive benefits package * Medical insurance * Annual paid leave and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law and facility policy * Professional development and CME opportunities * Modern multidisciplinary healthcare environment * Licensing assistance available for eligible candidates
