Job Title – Service coordinator Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and schedule daily service requests and assignments. * Communicate with customers regarding service appointments, job status, and completion updates. * Coordinate with technicians, drivers, and the operations team to ensure timely service delivery. * Prepare and maintain service schedules, job sheets, work orders, and related documentation. * Monitor pending, completed, and delayed service jobs and follow up accordingly. * Update service status and job details in the relevant system or Excel sheets. * Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve service-related issues. * Follow up on pending jobs, spare parts, approvals, and other requirements. * Maintain accurate records of completed and pending service activities. * Prepare daily/weekly service reports and provide updates to management. * Coordinate with the accounts team regarding completed jobs, supporting documents, and billing requirements. * Handle customer queries and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department. * Support the operations team with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities. Requirements * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field. * Previous experience in service coordination, operations, logistics, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. * Ability to multitask and manage multiple service requests simultaneously. * Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Good written and spoken English. * UAE experience and knowledge of local operations will be an advantage.
