About the business area
ITMAM, a wholly owned subsidiary, provides banking operational and processing services to all Group sectors, including lending, wealth management, and ATM services. Integrated into the Group Business Services (GBS) organizational structure, ITMAM operates under its own Board of Directors, comprising Group executive staff members. Its structure includes a General Manager overseeing five key operational service divisions: Consumer Operations, Corporate & Investment Banking Operations, Customer Contact Services, Treasury and Syndication Operations, and Shared Services and Operations Management. Notably, "Tamooha," the Group's award-winning operations center initiative, is staffed exclusively by UAE national women.
We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
* Support the planning and delivery of artificial intelligence enablement initiatives across ITMAM by identifying practical use cases, clarifying operational requirements and coordinating implementation activities with business and technology stakeholders.
* Contribute to prioritized delivery backlogs and help ensure solutions are feasible, controlled and aligned with agreed business outcomes, operational priorities and ADCB governance requirements.
* Act as a key coordination point for assigned artificial intelligence initiatives by engaging ITMAM stakeholders to capture business needs, define scope, document requirements and support alignment on expected outcomes.
* Facilitate clear communication between business, technology and enablement teams to ensure requirements are understood, dependencies are managed and solutions support operational efficiency, service quality and process standardization.
* Contribute to the assessment of AI opportunities by analyzing process pain points, data availability, operational constraints and expected benefits.
* Support solution design discussions, testing, validation and implementation readiness activities to help ensure AI solutions are fit for purpose, embedded into day-to-day operations and capable of delivering measurable improvements in productivity, controls and user experience
* Support the responsible implementation of AI solutions by ensuring assigned initiatives comply with applicable policies, risk management standards, control requirements and approval processes.
* Work with Risk, Compliance, Technology and relevant governance stakeholders to maintain appropriate documentation, identify implementation risks, escalate issues and support corrective actions that protect customer outcomes, operational resilience and the Bank’s control environment.
* Identify and support improvements to ITMAM operational processes by applying AI enablement, process review and performance analysis techniques.
* Contribute recommendations that reduce manual effort, improve turnaround times, enhance service consistency and strengthen operational controls, while ensuring changes are practical, sustainable and aligned with business priorities, customer experience expectations and ADCB’s continuous improvement standards.
* Support the adoption of artificial intelligence solutions by contributing to rollout planning, stakeholder communication, user readiness and post-implementation monitoring.
* Track feedback, adoption levels, performance indicators and operational issues to help ensure delivered solutions are effectively embedded, benefits are realised and improvement opportunities are identified for future enhancements across ITMAM processes.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
* At least minimum of 4 years of Banking operations, business analysis, process improvement or project delivery, preferably with exposure to treasury operations, investment operations, payments, digital transformation, automation or artificial intelligence enablement within a financial services environment.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology or a related discipline.
