Role Overview As a Senior Property Consultant, you will leverage your industry expertise and established network to drive business growth, manage high-value client relationships, and deliver exceptional results across Dubais dynamic real estate market. You will play a key role in representing the Driven brand while mentoring less experienced consultants and contributing to the continued success of your team. * Proven track record in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years experience in the UAE real estate market. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a client-focused approach. * In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly the secondary market. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms. * Real estate certification or relevant industry qualifications are advantageous. * Fluency in English is required; additional languages, including Arabic, are a plus. * A valid UAE drivers license and access to a vehicle are preferred. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of generating business independently. * Up to 70% commission payable, uncapped. * Monthly, quarterly, and yearly rewards for top performers. * Employment visa and medical health insurance provided. * Industry-leading marketing support, including photography, videography, and a digital team. * Unlimited marketing budget for property listings (all paid for by the company). * State-of-the-art offices located in prime communities across Dubai. * Comprehensive training and ongoing support from senior management, including RERA training (license paid by the agent). * Purpose-built CRM, constantly evolving to meet the needs of our agents. * Access to an exclusive portfolio of high-end projects. * Clear career progression opportunities, including the chance to become a Forbes Global Properties Agent.
