Senior Manager – Data & AI Consulting Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Service Line: Consulting – Technology Consulting, Data & AI The Opportunity At EY, we support leading organizations across Saudi Arabia in shaping and executing large-scale Data and AI transformations that drive measurable business value. As a Senior Manager within our Data & AI practice, you will play a senior leadership role, combining deep consulting experience, market presence, and business development capability to grow our footprint and deliver strategic impact for clients. This role requires a seasoned consulting leader with strong local market credentials, a proven client network, and a track record of originating and delivering complex Data and AI engagements across industries. Key Responsibilities * Provide strategic leadership for Data & AI consulting engagements across the Saudi market. * Own and grow a strong portfolio of client relationships, with a clear focus on revenue growth and pipeline development. * Lead business development activities including account planning, opportunity shaping, proposal leadership, and deal closure. * Advise senior client stakeholders on Data and AI operating models, business use cases, and transformation roadmaps. * Oversee the delivery of complex, multi-workstream Data & AI programs, ensuring quality, value realization, and client satisfaction. * Bring practical, non-superficial knowledge of data platforms, analytics, and AI capabilities to client discussions. * Collaborate with regional and global EY teams to bring the best of the firm to clients. * Mentor senior managers and managers, supporting leadership development and practice capability building. Skills and Attributes for Success * Deep understanding of Data and AI from a business and functional perspective, supported by hands-on consulting experience. * Strong market presence with well-established local client relationships and senior executive access. * Proven business development mindset with a strong, active pipeline and deal conversion track record. * Excellent commercial acumen, including pricing, contracting, and margin management. * Highly presentable and credible advisor, with strong executive communication and influencing skills. * Ability to bridge strategy, technology, and business outcomes within a consulting environment. Experience And Qualifications * Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience, predominantly within management or technology consulting. * At least 6–10 years of leadership experience within the Middle East region, preferably Saudi Arabia. * Background in reputable consulting firms (Big 4 experience beneficial but not mandatory). * Demonstrated experience leading and growing Data & AI consulting practices or portfolios. Language Requirements * Arabic language skills are preferred but not mandatory. * Professional proficiency in English is required.
