About The Role
KPMG's Forensic practice is expanding its Ethics & Compliance capability in the UAE. As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a team delivering ethics and compliance solutions to clients — contributing to framework design, investigations, and risk assessments, and producing high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
What Our Team Delivers
* Design, implementation, and enhancement of Ethics & Compliance frameworks
* Compliance transformation initiatives and target operating model design
* Compliance and forensic investigations (e.g. fraud, misconduct)
* Third-party risk management and due diligence processes
* Compliance risk assessments and gap analyses with actionable remediation plans
* Alignment with global and local regulatory requirements across all deliverables
* Insight on emerging compliance risks, enforcement trends, and industry guidance — particularly within the energy and oil & gas sectors
Key Responsibilities
* Client delivery: Support the design of compliance frameworks and the execution of investigations, risk assessments, and due diligence processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet regulatory standards.
* Project support: Contribute to client engagements with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and quality, and support the mentoring of junior team members.
* Regulatory awareness: Keep up to date with relevant regulations and industry trends to ensure deliverables remain compliant.
* Business development: Help identify opportunities for Ethics & Compliance services and support the preparation of proposals and client materials.
* Internal reporting: Report progress and updates on assignments to the performance manager, team leader, or engagement manager.
Qualifications & Experience
* 3+ years of relevant experience in Forensic, Compliance, or Risk Management
* Exposure to compliance frameworks, investigations, or risk assessment work, ideally in a consulting, advisory, or regulated industry setting
* Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles
* Progress toward relevant professional certifications (e.g. CFE, CCEP, ICA, or similar) is an advantage
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; Arabic is a plus
* Interest in or exposure to the energy / oil & gas sectors is desirable
