About the role Position Title: Senior Consultant Data Management / Information Management & Technology Work Location: Kuwait Department: On-sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities 1. Define the corporate vision, strategy, and long-term direction for enterprise data and information management. 2. Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation, data modernization, and innovation programs. 3. Advise executive leadership on strategic data, information, and technology decisions. 4. Establish enterprise data governance policies, frameworks, standards, and organizational practices. 5. Sponsor and oversee major strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and technology investments. 6. Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, advanced analytics, and other data-driven solutions. 7. Represent the organization in engagements with regulators, business partners, and relevant industry forums. 8. Lead executive steering committees, governance boards, and strategic decision-making forums. 9. Develop long-term organizational capabilities, succession plans, and talent development strategies. 10. Promote a data-driven culture and effective use of information across the organization. 11. Lead organizational change and enterprise modernization initiatives related to data and digital technologies. 12. Mentor senior leaders and support the development of future data and technology leaders. 13. Establish strategic performance measures and continuously assess the effectiveness of enterprise data and digital initiatives. Qualification Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. 2. Master’s degree in a relevant field is required; PhD is an advantage. 3. Professional certifications in data management, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or executive leadership are preferred. 4. Minimum 20 years of progressive professional experience, including significant experience in enterprise data management and digital transformation. 5. Proven leadership experience managing large-scale data, technology, and digital transformation programs. 6. Extensive experience advising executive leadership and leading high-impact strategic initiatives. 7. Strong expertise in enterprise data governance, corporate strategy, digital innovation, and organizational transformation. 8. Excellent executive communication, strategic decision-making, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. 9. Demonstrated ability to develop long-term technology strategies, organizational capabilities, and transformation roadmaps.
