This is a full time, office position based in Abu Dhabi * Lead architectural design from concept to detailed design stages * Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and project stakeholders * Manage project deliverables, schedules and design quality * Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, building codes and authority requirements * Lead BIM/Revit design development and coordination * Review and mentor junior architects and technical staff * Support client presentations, authority submissions, and technical reviews Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture * Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience * Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows and AutoCAD * Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approval processes * Excellent communication, leadership and coordination skills * Experience working in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred * Experience with projects related to steel and industrial projects are mandatory * Candidate currently in UAE is mandatory
