About this role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
The role will manage projects end-to-end, from discovery and solution design through development, integration, testing, deployment and hypercare. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management and stakeholder management skills with solid technical understanding of Salesforce and its integration ecosystem.
You will work closely with business teams, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, integration teams and implementation partners to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
* Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and transformation projects.
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources and budgets.
* Manage Agile delivery across sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
* Track delivery against scope, schedule, quality and commercial commitments.
* Establish project governance, status reporting, RAID management and steering committee updates.
* Identify risks and dependencies early and drive timely mitigation.
* Coordinate multiple Salesforce and technology workstreams to ensure integrated delivery.
Salesforce Functional Delivery
Manage implementation across:
* Sales Cloud: Lead, Account, Contact and Opportunity Management, Sales Processes and Customer 360.
* Service Cloud: Case Management, Service Processes, Service Appointments, Contact Centre and Customer Experience.
* Marketing Cloud: Customer Journeys, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Automation, Data Extensions and CRM integration.
Ensure the different Salesforce clouds work together as part of a connected customer journey rather than as independent solutions.
Technical Project Management
The candidate should have sufficient technical knowledge to understand and challenge solution and delivery decisions.
You should be comfortable working with:
* Salesforce architecture and data model
* Salesforce configuration vs. custom development
* Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow concepts
* REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns
* MuleSoft or other middleware platforms
* ERP/DMS and third-party integrations
* Data migration and data quality
* Salesforce environments and deployment processes
* CI/CD and release management
* Security, roles, profiles and permission concepts
You are not expected to be a hands-on developer, but you should be technically strong enough to engage with architects and development teams and understand the impact of technical decisions on scope, timeline and delivery.
Vendor & SI Management
* Manage Salesforce System Integrators, implementation partners and technology vendors.
* Review delivery plans, estimates, resource capacity and timelines.
* Challenge effort and schedule assumptions where required.
* Monitor vendor performance against contractual commitments.
* Manage dependencies, escalations and delivery risks.
* Ensure clear traceability from requirement → solution → effort → resource → timeline → delivery.
Scope & Change Management
* Maintain the approved project scope and baseline.
* Manage Change Requests and new requirements through appropriate governance.
* Ensure clear distinction between baseline scope, new requirements, defects, rework and technical changes.
* Review and challenge estimates and commercial impacts.
* Maintain strong control over project scope, budget and delivery commitments.
Testing & Go-Live
* Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management and production deployment.
* Ensure appropriate entry and exit criteria are established for testing phases.
* Drive resolution of critical defects and delivery blockers.
* Coordinate cutover, data migration and go-live readiness.
* Lead hypercare and transition to BAU/support teams.
Stakeholder Management
* Act as the project-level interface between business and technology teams.
* Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions to senior stakeholders.
* Facilitate workshops, design discussions, governance meetings and steering committees.
* Translate technical issues into clear business impact and required actions.
Requirements
* 8+ years of overall IT/project management experience, with significant Salesforce project experience.
* 5+ years managing Salesforce implementation or transformation projects.
* Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
* Good working knowledge of Marketing Cloud.

* Analytical and data-driven
