Key Responsibilities Health & Safety Compliance * Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across assigned projects and facilities. * Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure adherence to approved safety procedures. * Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe acts, conditions, and potential hazards. Site Safety Management * Monitor construction activities to ensure safe working practices are followed. * Inspect work areas, equipment, tools, scaffolding, lifting operations, excavation works, electrical installations, and other high-risk activities. * Ensure appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is being used correctly. * Support the implementation of emergency response and evacuation procedures. Incident Management * Assist in investigating accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. * Prepare incident reports and support root-cause analysis. * Track corrective actions and ensure they are closed within agreed timelines. * Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, observations, and corrective actions. Reporting & Documentation * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports as required. * Provide management with regular updates regarding project safety performance and areas requiring attention. Qualifications * Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related field. * 1-5 Years of experience working on construction sites and with contractors and subcontractors.
