* Safety Engineer (Saudi Only) * Job Summary * We are seeking a qualified Safety Engineer (Saudi Only) to oversee and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations across villa construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure a safe working environment, compliance with applicable regulations, and implementation of company HSE standards. * Requirements * Saudi (Mandatory). * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in construction safety, preferably in villa or residential building projects. * NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification preferred. * Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and risk assessment practices. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent communication and reporting skills. Key Responsibilities * Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits. * Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Saudi regulations. * Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective actions. * Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses. * Monitor subcontractor safety performance. * Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety records. * Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices. * Support emergency response planning and drills.
