Key Responsibilities: * Sell plots, apartments, and freehold properties to clients across UAE * Generate new leads and convert them into sales. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Present property offerings professionally and conduct property viewings. * Negotiate and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets. * Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. * Collaborate with colleagues and ensure compliance with UAE property regulations. Qualifications & Requirements: * Minimum 2–4 years of UAE real estate sales experience (plots, apartments, or brokerage). * Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. * Proven record of achieving sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. * Comfortable working in a multi-cultural team environment.
