Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage façade projects from commencement to handover. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. * Review façade drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents. * Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, procurement, and site activities. * Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and overall performance. * Ensure façade works comply with approved designs, specifications, and UAE standards. * Coordinate with design, BIM, estimation, production, procurement, and site teams. * Identify and resolve technical, commercial, and site-related issues. * Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. * Manage project documentation, reports, variations, claims, and handover requirements. * Ensure compliance with HSE policies and project requirements. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * 10+ years of experience in façade, aluminium, curtain wall, glazing, or building envelope projects. * Proven experience managing large-scale façade projects from design through installation and handover. * Strong knowledge of aluminium curtain wall, cladding, glazing, windows, doors, and façade systems. * UAE/GCC experience is mandatory. * Strong project management, leadership, coordination, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
