Reporting To Planning Manager / Project Manager Job Purpose To support project execution by developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely completion of activities in line with contractual milestones. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Scheduling * Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project. * Develop baseline, weekly, and monthly execution plans. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site teams to align schedules. * Identify critical path activities and potential risks to project timelines. Monitoring & Control * Track daily/weekly progress and compare planned vs actual performance. * Analyze delays and recommend recovery plans. * Prepare look-ahead schedules and manpower/equipment forecasts. * Monitor material availability against schedule requirements.
