Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (VBCS, OIC, PCS) Experience: 10+ years | Location: Onsite, Middle East | Engagement: Implementation & Support Senior technical consultant to build and support Oracle Fusion Cloud extensions, integrations and reports for an enterprise Middle East client: Visual Builder (VBCS) applications, Process Cloud / OIC Process Automation workflows, Oracle Integration Cloud integrations over REST and SOAP, and BI Publisher reporting across Finance, SCM and HCM. Key requirements (mandatory) All of the following must be hands-on and evidenced at project level (client, what you built, year). Skills listed without project detail will not be considered. • Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS): applications you built yourself, including pages, business objects and service connections to Oracle Fusion REST APIs or OIC. • PCS / OIC Process Automation (OPA): approval workflows or business processes you designed and built, including approval rules, human tasks and forms, and how the process is started from Fusion, VBCS or OIC. • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): integrations you built, with error handling and production monitoring. • REST and SOAP web services: consuming and exposing services, including Oracle Fusion REST and SOAP APIs. • Oracle Fusion technical - BI Publisher reports across Finance, SCM and HCM: data models, RTF and Excel templates, and bursting. • SQL and PL/SQL. • 10+ years of experience as an Oracle technical consultant. Good to have • Oracle EBS technical experience: data conversions, interfaces and integrations, data migration, and RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflow). • Oracle ERP modules: SCM (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management) and Finance (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets). • OTBI analyses and dashboards. • Managed services (AMS) delivery under contracted SLAs: ticketing / ITSM tools with priority-based resolution, incident and problem management, Oracle Service Requests, support transition and knowledge transfer, and leading a team in an onsite-offshore model. • Oracle Cloud certifications (OIC, VBCS, Fusion reporting). Working knowledge expected • Fusion SaaS platform constraints: no direct database access, so delivery goes through BIP data models, OTBI, FBDI/HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, ESS jobs and OIC. • VBCS security: authentication to Fusion REST APIs (OAuth or identity propagation) and role-based access within the application. • OIC operational depth: connections, lookups, fault handling, monitoring and resubmission of failed integrations. • Fusion data model for reporting: the Finance, SCM and HCM tables and views behind BIP data models. • SQL performance tuning: explain plans, indexing and set-based processing.
