Key Responsibilities * Work on company-provided leads and engage with potential customers. * Understand client requirements and suggest suitable insurance products. * Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions in a simple and clear manner. * Support customers through the application and documentation process. * Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion. * Build strong customer relationships for renewals and referrals. * Achieve assigned sales targets consistently. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. * Good communication and convincing skills. * Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement focus. * Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently. * Basic understanding of insurance products (preferred but not mandatory).
