The Opportunity : Haulotte is seeking a commercially driven Middle East Sales Director in Dubai subsidiary . This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for growing the business across the Middle East markets. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership: Jointly with the Managing Director, define and execute the commercial strategy for the Middle East, with a clear focus on profitable growth, stronger customer penetration, and new business development. Sales & Business Development: * Drive Haulotte’s distribution partners to expand Haulotte's market presence in the region under the guidance of the Managing Director. * Personally lead relationships with rental customers and prospects p with particular focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Candidate Profile * Track Record: A strong sales and business-development track record, including opening new accounts, developing markets, and winning profitable business. * Commercial Acumen: Strong skills across pricing, margins, negotiation, key accounts, and channel development. * Experience: 10 years proven leadership, experience in B2B sales, distribution, industrial equipment or heavy machinery experience is a must. * Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Middle East markets, including experience navigating the commercial landscape and cultural nuances of the GCC countries Ready to elevate your career?
