Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Executive HORECA to manage and grow relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering clients. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of the foodservice industry, and a proven ability to deliver sales growth through strategic account management. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering groups * Achieve sales and profitability targets for assigned accounts and product categories * Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the HORECA channel * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trading terms to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships * Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery * Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform commercial strategies * Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans * Support product launches, sampling activities, and menu placements within the HORECA segment * Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation Requirements * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field * 2 - 3 years of experience in sales or key account management within the HORECA or foodservice sector * Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality market and key customer networks * Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large accounts * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills * Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights * Valid UAE driving license
