Role Description This role works within our Concierge & Travel function: * Advising members and making reservations for restaurant and nightlife bookings * Travel (hotels, flights, transfers) planning and arrangements * Handling concierge requests Qualifications: * Prior experience (1-3 years) in a Concierge or travel agency is required * Solid knowledge of luxury destinations, luxury restaurants, and high-end hotel brands * Strong multitasker with excellent organisation and ability to perform under pressure * Fluent in English * A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field is beneficial Salary & Benefits: * Competitive salary (AED7-10k a month) * Commission on bookings + Performance-based bonuses * Complimentary L'invité membership and lifestyle privileges * Travel perks and partnership discounts * Growth opportunities within a luxury network and international clientele Location The role is full-time and based in Dubai
