Job Summary K4 Group is looking for an experienced Joinery Project Coordinator to coordinate joinery and interior fit-out projects from design through production and installation. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination, communication, and project follow-up skills. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate with clients, design, production, and project teams. * Coordinate between production and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor project progress, timelines, and prepare regular reports. * Ensure approved drawings, materials, and other project requirements are available on time. * Follow up on material deliveries, site requirements, and installations. * Maintain clear communication and ensure timely project completion. Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field. * 5–7 years of experience in project coordination within joinery or interior fit-out. * Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. * Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
