Key Responsibilities: * Install, configure, modify, and perform minor repairs on computer hardware and software systems. * Resolve technical support tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and process-related issues. * Test computer components to maintain system functionality and performance. * Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure. * Consult with users to identify appropriate hardware and software requirements and assist with purchasing requests. * Evaluate technical applications and recommend solutions to improve system capabilities. * Test new software and programs for compatibility with existing systems and hardware. * Gather and analyze technical purchasing options and assist in vendor evaluation. * Test new programs against established standards and specifications and make necessary modifications. * Evaluate vendor-supplied software based on user requirements and compatibility with existing systems. Key Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field. * Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience. * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in a team. * Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
