Role Description The Interior Fit-Out Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery for interior fit-out works, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Daily responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and managing site activities to meet design and specification standards. The role involves monitoring progress, supervising inspections, resolving technical and logistical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will also handle procurement follow-ups, cost control, reporting to senior management, and supporting handover procedures and post-completion documentation. Qualifications * Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. * Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on materials, approvals, and vendor deliverables to keep projects on track. * Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify workmanship, materials, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. * Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee material deliveries, storage, site resources, and sequencing of work. * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience managing interior fit-out projects, ideally within commercial or hospitality sectors in the UAE. * Strong understanding of MEP coordination, local building codes, and health and safety regulations. * Proficiency in project management and design tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD or similar) and solid documentation skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage multi-disciplinary site teams. * Ability to work on-site full time in Dubai, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines under pressure.
