Role Description The Immigration Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Arab Emirates. The consultant will advise clients on immigration pathways, visa categories, and compliance requirements for various destination countries. Daily responsibilities include assessing client eligibility, preparing and reviewing documentation, completing application forms, and coordinating with relevant authorities or partner agencies. The role involves monitoring changes in immigration laws and policies, updating clients on timelines and requirements, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The consultant will also participate in consultations, clarify complex immigration procedures, and collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to support global mobility initiatives. Qualifications * Knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration processes, including procedures for multiple destination countries. * Understanding of visa regulations and application requirements across work, study, and residency categories. * Familiarity with law and regulatory frameworks relevant to immigration, compliance, and documentation. * Consulting skills, including client assessment, advisory work, and preparation of individualized immigration plans. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in managing multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. * Experience in immigration consultancy, legal services, or global mobility is preferred. * Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field is an advantage. * Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to key destination countries are beneficial.
