We’re seeking a confident, organized professional who can recruit the right people, support our employees, and work closely with management to build a productive workplace. 📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE 🏢 Work arrangement: On-site Key Responsibilities * Lead recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding across departments. * Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally and fairly. * Maintain accurate employee records, employment documentation, and HR policies. * Oversee attendance and leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs with finance. * Support managers with performance reviews, employee development, and retention. * Keep HR policies and procedures aligned with applicable UAE employment requirements. * Manage offboarding and exit interviews, identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience.
