HSE Coordinator Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline * NEBOSH IGC – Mandatory * ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification * Valid First Aid & CPR certification * Minimum 5 years of proven electrical safety experience – Mandatory * Strong experience in construction and commissioning environments * Solid knowledge of electrical hazards, LOTO, energization processes, testing and commissioning safety * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proven leadership experience in team management, HSE training and technical reporting
