Job Summary
Alhad Real Estate Broker LLC is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Specialist & Recruitment professional to manage the company’s recruitment activities and support day-to-day human resources operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and hiring qualified real estate professionals, managing employee documentation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, supporting performance management, and ensuring that HR practices are aligned with company policies and UAE employment requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, experience in recruitment, and preferably a good understanding of the Dubai real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions including Real Estate Brokers, Property Consultants, Sales Managers, Administrative Staff, Marketing Staff, and other support roles.
* Prepare and post job advertisements on appropriate recruitment platforms and social media channels.
* Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment databases, and other channels.
* Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with department heads or management.
* Shortlist candidates based on experience, communication skills, sales ability, and company requirements.
* Prepare job offers and coordinate employment documentation.
* Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment pipelines.
* Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-performing real estate brokers and sales professionals.
* Build relationships with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners when required.
Employee Onboarding
* Coordinate the complete onboarding process for new employees.
* Collect and verify required employee documents.
* Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and internal HR forms.
* Coordinate employee induction and orientation.
* Ensure new employees understand company policies, procedures, targets, and workplace expectations.
* Coordinate with management regarding system access, office requirements, and team introductions.
HR Administration
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files.
* Prepare HR letters, salary certificates, NOCs, warning letters, experience certificates, and other employment-related documents.
* Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and absence records.
* Monitor employment contract expiry dates and employee documentation.
* Coordinate employee probation reviews and contract renewals.
* Assist with payroll preparation by providing attendance, leave, deductions, commissions, and other relevant employee information.
* Maintain updated organizational charts and employee databases.
Employee Relations
* Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
* Support management in resolving employee issues professionally and confidentially.
* Promote a positive, professional, and performance-driven working environment.
* Assist in handling disciplinary matters, warnings, and employee grievances.
* Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Performance Management
* Coordinate probation evaluations and employee performance reviews.
* Support department managers in establishing employee KPIs and performance expectations.
* Maintain records of performance evaluations and improvement plans.
* Identify training and development needs in coordination with management.
* Support initiatives aimed at improving employee productivity and retention.
HR Policies & Compliance
* Support the implementation and maintenance of company HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure employee documentation and HR processes follow applicable UAE employment requirements.
* Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
* Assist management with internal HR procedures, employee documentation, and compliance requirements.
* Keep HR policies and employee records updated as required.
Offboarding
* Coordinate employee resignation and termination procedures.
* Conduct exit interviews where required.
* Prepare clearance documents, experience certificates, and final HR documentation.
* Coordinate the return of company property and system access cancellation.
* Update employee records following separation.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably within the UAE.
* Previous recruitment experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
* Good understanding of recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR administration.
* Knowledge of UAE employment practices and HR documentation is preferred.
* Strong English communication skills; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR systems, job portals, and recruitment platforms.

* Real estate recruitment experience in Dubai will be considered a strong advantage.
