Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business needs and provide effective HR solutions.
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
* Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
* Support managers in handling employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
* Lead and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
* Identify talent needs and collaborate with management on recruitment, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
* Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
* Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
* Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
* Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
* Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
* Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people management and HR-related matters.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and employee experience.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 8–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
* Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR solutions.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
* Strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
