SalamAir actively seeks talented individuals who are passionate about delivering great customer experiences and contributing to a collaborative, family-oriented culture.Role Description:The HR Business Partner will report to Head of People and acts strategically to support leaders, work closely with managers to help drive employee management and organizational objectives. This role requires a strong HR generalist background, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across all business units. The incumbent will collaborate with stakeholders to support workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives..Duties & Responsibilites:
Partner with department leaders to support business needs.
Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
Support organizational design, restructuring, and workforce planning activities.
Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Provide guidance on employee performance management processes.
Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with succession planning and talent development programs.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
Support HR projects and continuous improvement activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on HR matters.
Promote a positive workplace culture.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years' relevant HR experience with a bachelor's degree; OR a College Diploma in a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years' relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role.
Professional HR certification such as CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 is preferred.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into effective people strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with AI-powered productivity platforms and digital HR tools.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to influence, collaborate, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
