Key Responsibilities: * Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas according to the hotel's luxury standards and procedures. * Ensure guest rooms are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. * Make beds, replenish amenities, and replace linen and towels as required. * Clean and maintain bathrooms, floors, furniture, fixtures, and other guest room areas. * Report any maintenance issues, damages, lost and found items, or guest concerns promptly to the appropriate department or supervisor. * Ensure all housekeeping equipment, supplies, and cleaning materials are used correctly and safely. * Follow established procedures for handling guest belongings, lost and found items, and room access. * Maintain a professional and discreet approach when working in guest rooms and interacting with guests. * Respond courteously to guest requests and provide assistance when required. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping pantries, trolleys, and back-of-house areas. * Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and security standards at all times. * Support the Housekeeping team with additional duties as required by the Supervisor or management. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping Attendant in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment is preferred. * Good knowledge of guest room cleaning and housekeeping standards. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties for extended periods. * Professional, reliable, and guest-focused attitude. * Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. * Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices is an advantage.
