Apt Resources is looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join a vibrant restaurant located in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth seating process. You will be the face of the restaurant and play a key role in creating a positive first impression and overall enjoyable dining experience for guests. Responsibilities * Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor * Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan * Escort guests to their tables and provide menus * Provide information about the restaurant's offerings and answer guest inquiries * Coordinate with the wait staff to ensure timely and efficient service * Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally * Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area * Assist wait staff and other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements * Previous experience as a Hostess in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Professional appearance and courteous demeanor * Strong organizational skills * Ability to remain calm and handle challenging situations professionally * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends * High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage Benefits As per the market standards
