Role Description The Homecare Nurse – DHA will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a home setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, performing wound care, and monitoring vital signs in coordination with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role involves educating patients and families on treatment plans, home care routines, and preventive health measures, while maintaining accurate, confidential documentation. The nurse will comply with all DHA regulations, infection control protocols, and organizational procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated proficiency in Nursing and Home Care, with the ability to deliver patient-centered services in residential settings.
* Solid understanding of Medicine and Patient Care principles, including assessment, treatment planning, and clinical monitoring.
* Hands-on experience in Wound Care, including dressing changes, infection prevention, and healing management.
* Valid DHA nursing license or eligibility for DHA licensure in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
* Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing) from an accredited institution.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to manage time, prioritize multiple home visits, and maintain accurate electronic or paper-based patient records.
* Previous experience in homecare or community nursing is preferred; fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are an advantage.
