About this role
Role Summary
We're looking for a Growth & Partnerships Director to drive DNA Studio's next stage of expansion. You'll shape our growth strategy, open new markets, and build long-term strategic partnerships with government entities, leading brands, media platforms, and investors. You'll also lead the team that makes it happen, working closely with our creative and production teams to turn every opportunity into a partnership that delivers real business value and lasting cultural impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with brands and decision-makers in target sectors.
- Develop and close high-value annual partnerships and sponsorships.
- Develop new business across entertainment, media, digital platforms, government entities, and major Saudi brands.
- Own the full commercial cycle: from initial outreach and pitching, through negotiation and closing, to collection of payments.
- Build a strong, sustainable commercial pipeline and grow Makhraj's revenue beyond its current client base.
- Prepare and submit regular, documented reports on commercial performance, deals in negotiation, and collected revenue to management.
- Coordinate with Makhraj's and DNA Studio's internal teams (content, production, marketing) to ensure every partnership is delivered to a quality and standard consistent with the brand identity.
- Represent Makhraj at relevant events and occasions, building a strong institutional presence with brands and potential partners.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience at an advertising agency, media company, or major advertiser — not solely a film-industry background.
- A strong, effective network within the Saudi market with decision-makers at target brands and organizations.
- Proven track record closing and managing high-value partnerships, including full financial collection of the deal, not just signing it.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development, commercial partnerships, or strategic sales.
