Key Responsibilities: * Manage the overall P&L, sales, profitability, and business performance. * Lead retail and distribution agricultural products. * Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and channel network. * Manage relationships with suppliers, principals, and key customers. * Drive business development, market expansion, and revenue growth. * Lead teams across commercial, retail operations, technical sales, and aftersales. * Strengthen market presence and identify new products, partnerships, and growth opportunities. Requirements: * Proven experience managing an agriculture retail/distribution business with end-to-end P&L responsibility. * Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs and related products. * Experience in dealer/channel management and supplier/principal relationships. * Strong commercial and business development track record. * Good knowledge and network within the UAE/GCC agriculture market.
