Role Summary Seeking a Financial Accounting / Budgeting professional with 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a local/Gulf bank or financial institution. The candidate will support financial accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and related finance activities. Key Responsibilities * Support financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. * Prepare and analyze financial data, budgets, management reports, and variance analysis. * Assist with monthly/quarterly/year-end closing and account reconciliations. * Monitor budget utilization and investigate budget vs. actual variances. * Support financial planning and provide accurate financial information to management. * Ensure compliance with internal finance policies, accounting standards, and banking procedures. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and validate financial information. * Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. * 3+ years of experience in Financial Accounting, Budgeting, or related finance functions. * CMA certification – Mandatory. * Banking or financial institution experience is highly preferred, particularly experience with a local/Gulf bank. * Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical, reporting, and MS Excel skills. * Professional appearance and demeanor.
