* Position: Estimation Engineer (Mechanical) – Proposals * Location: Doha, Qatar * Industry: EPC / Oil & Gas * Employment Type: Permanent Experience Required: * 15+ years of total experience in the Oil & Gas industry. * Proven experience in Oil & Gas EPC/EPCI/EPIC tenders and proposals. * 7–10 years of relevant proposal/estimation experience. * Strong Brownfield project experience is required. * Offshore experience will be an added advantage. Skills & Knowledge * Strong working knowledge of Oil & Gas EPC/EPCI/EPIC tenders and proposals. * Proven experience in estimating the cost of Mechanical and Piping works. Hands-on experience in estimating Mechanical/Piping works for: * Offshore projects * Onshore Greenfield projects * Onshore Brownfield projects * Good understanding of resource requirements, including: * Manpower * Equipment * Materials * Ability to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates in line with project requirements and tender specifications.
