Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various commercial and residential settings throughout the city. * Electrical Responsibilities: * Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, distribution panels, and fixtures. * Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions. * Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. * Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety codes and regulations. * Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment. * Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory used for electrical tasks. * Record maintenance and repair activities as required. * Driving Responsibilities: * Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and personnel to various sites. * Ensure vehicle cleanliness, upkeep, and perform daily vehicle checks (oil, water, tire pressure, etc.). * Maintain accurate logbooks for mileage and fuel usage. * Follow all traffic and safety regulations. * Assist with loading and unloading electrical equipment and materials. Qualifications * Diploma or ITI in Electrical required * Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Electrician in a similar capacity * Valid UAE Manual Driving License * Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing various electrical systems * Strong ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints * Expert knowledge of National Electrical Code, UAE electrical regulations, and local building codes * Demonstrated skill in troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices * Familiarity with heating and air conditioning systems as they relate to electrical work * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces * Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in the electrical field * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment * Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills * Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and work schedules * Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job
