Happy Hoopla is a Dubai-based party and event rental company, providing inflatables, water slides, party equipment and entertainment equipment across Dubai and the UAE. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver & Event Setup Crew Member to join our team. Important: This is NOT a driver-only position. Driving is an important part of the role, but the successful candidate will also work as part of our warehouse and event setup team. Main responsibilities include: Driving company vans for deliveries and collections across Dubai and the UAE Loading and unloading equipment Setting up and dismantling bouncy castles, water slides and other event equipment at customers’ locations Cleaning and preparing equipment between rentals Organising and maintaining the warehouse Checking equipment before and after rentals Assisting other team members with general warehouse and operational duties Taking good care of company vehicles, equipment and tools Working closely with our operations team to ensure deliveries and collections are completed on time Requirements: Valid UAE manual driving licence Good knowledge of Dubai roads Comfortable driving delivery vans Physically fit and willing to perform manual work Able and willing to work outdoors Basic/good English communication skills Reliable, punctual and responsible Flexible regarding working hours, including weekends and early/late deliveries when required Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Experience with event rentals, inflatables, deliveries or warehouse work would be an advantage, but training can be provided to the right candidate.
