We offer a wide range of healthcare training courses, professional certifications, and educational diploma programs in collaboration with recognized local and international organizations. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Madinah. Job Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. * Provide accurate information about our courses, programs, diplomas, and services. * Assist customers with registration, bookings, payments, and other inquiries. * Follow up with customers and ensure a smooth customer experience. * Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently. * Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer requests. * Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending requests. * Update and manage customer information through the company’s CRM system. Requirements * 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field. * Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. * Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. * Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
