Support customer experience for Unilever's Bahrain market across the journey from ordering through delivery. The role focuses on proactive customer communication, collaboration across teams, and maintaining strong service-level performance. Work spans operational analysis, continuous improvement, order-processing oversight, process optimization, and data-driven insight generation. You'll partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial/CD, Quality, and Sales on operational escalations, projects, and stakeholder management, with face-to-face customer meetings forming a meaningful part of the role.
