We are seeking a commercially driven Commercial Director to lead growth across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. Key Responsibilities: * Drive and expand my client's sales across the MEA market, focusing on key verticals within industrial cooling * Deliver annual sales targets and revenue growth objectives. * Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing regional sales team. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders. * Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence and reputation across the region. Requirements: * Proven sales leadership experience within HVAC, cooling, energy, or related industrial sectors. * Strong commercial acumen and track record of achieving sales targets. * Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills. * Willingness to travel across the MEA region.
