Description Key Responsibilities and Duties: * Develop and implement the Business Development strategy for the Makkah Region Cluster. * Identify new business opportunities that support the growth of hospital and medical center services. * Build strategic relationships with corporate organizations, governmental entities, insurance companies, employers, and healthcare partners. * Develop referral networks with physicians, clinics, and hospitals to increase patient referrals. * Identify opportunities for new services, clinics, and business expansion. * Work closely with Operations and Medical Leadership to identify service gaps and develop growth plans. * Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns that increase patient volume and brand awareness. * Lead contract negotiations and partnership discussions with external organizations. * Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and healthcare industry developments. * Ensure all business development activities align with the organization's strategic objectives and governance requirements. * Prepare monthly business development reports including pipeline, opportunities, revenue impact, and business performance. * Represent the organization at healthcare conferences, networking events, and business meetings. * Support tender submissions and strategic proposals for both governmental and private sector opportunities. * Actively uses the CRM commercial data to identify unrealized growth opportunities such as non-returning patients and unconverted leads.
