Broker Support Assistant – Dubai, UAE
Join our Dubai team as a Broker Support Assistant and build your career within an international wealth management business.
Working closely with Financial Advisers, compliance, operations and product teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth business processing, regulatory compliance and client servicing, while helping drive operational efficiency and high service standards in one of the world’s most dynamic financial hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
Advisor & Broker Support
• Prepare and maintain documentation for advisor onboarding and business submissions
• Ensure advisors are informed and trained on compliance standards and regulatory requirements
• Communicate new product launches and changes to existing products
• Assist advisors with outstanding client applications or policy servicing issues
Business Process Coordination
• Oversee end-to-end processing of new business applications, from submission to policy issuance
• Check documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of business cases to providers and platforms
Product & Compliance Liaison
• Coordinate with product providers and account managers on updates, launches and procedural changes
• Support compliance teams with relevant AML/CTF guidance and updates
• Ensure alignment between internal policies and external regulatory requirements
Client Servicing
• Act as a central point of contact for servicing queries relating to existing policies
• Manage policy correspondence and maintain accurate records
• Maintain servicing logs and assist with client communication where required
Reporting & Administration
• Support reporting of processed business and advisor performance
• Maintain up-to-date records of business terms, agency codes and certifications
• Organise and dispatch physical documents, payments and official correspondence as required

• Understanding of financial products and compliance preferred
Experience & Qualifications:
• Experience in a support or administrative role, ideally within financial services
• Familiarity with AML/CTF, regulatory requirements and advisor operations is advantageous
• Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and document management systems
